A stepped vertical-housing building that works with the natural topography: the apartment roofs become open terraces and rainwater collectors, and the top lookout sits at ground level to preserve the existing trees. It is crowned by a double-height penthouse open to the city — and fitting the design to the terrain saved time and construction cost.
