A three-level mixed-use building that redefines student life and local commerce: retail units on the ground floor and 12 rooms with mezzanine, bed, study space and private bath on the upper levels. A play of colored glass filters the light and acts as a threshold between the commercial and residential zones, without losing the sense of community.
